WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed.
Name of Product: "Cars" Toy Storage Benches
Units: About 3,000
Manufacturer: Delta Enterprise Corp., New York, N.Y.
Hazard: The red paint on the partition panels of the toy box contains high levels of lead. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.
Incidents/Injuries: None reported.
Description: The wooden toy storage box is decorated with graphics from the animated movie "Cars." It has three removable cloth toy bins. "Delta" and the PO# are printed on the side panel. Only toy boxes with "PO#FJ505192" or "PO#FJ605042" marked on the side panel are included in this recall.
Sold exclusively at: Toys "R" Us stores from March 2006 through August 2006 for about $50.
Manufactured in: China
Remedy: Consumers should take the recalled toy chests away from children immediately and return it to any Toys "R" Us for a credit or refund.

Disney Pixar Cars Toddler Bed with Bed Rails Review

(More customer reviews)The bed is very cute, but the holes in the plastic did not match the holes in the metal, so we had to use a knife to make the hole bigger in the plastic. Also, the foot board is loose, even though the screws are as tight as they can get, which makes the whole bed wiggle. Over all the bed looks darling, and I love the bed other than the problems we had when trying to set it up.

However: the holes for the screws don't line up and the railing is only attached to the bed frame not the wooden beams across the bottom. My son rolled in his sleep and the railing moved and ripped out of the headboard: for $100 you might as well throw a mattress on the floor and save your $$ and frustration!

(More customer reviews)I purchased this item for my son, who loves Cars, so that he could eat at it because he was too big for a high chair. He is three and he loves it. He not only loves to sit and eat at it but also he loves to watch movies on his portable DVD player and color and read books at it. It is very sturdy and easy to clean. The backs of the chairs seem a little wobbley but they have held up fine. I think it is just because of the way they are screwed into the bottom part. Other than that I have no complaints. Delivery of this item was very fast.

(More customer reviews)I was looking for one of those city rugs for my son and when I saw that there was one based on his FAVORITE MOVIE OF ALL TIME (he's 3 1/2), I figured, Bonus! The thing is, I thought there would be the Willy's Butte race track, and more street to drive on. So I'm a bit disappointed in that regard. However, he plays with it a little and it's still cute, so overall I'm glad I bought it. I may still look for a city rug though.

(More customer reviews)While the colors are really bright and cheery on this Cars bed set, the quality is not the best. Even after washing multiple times, the sheets are 'scratchy'. The thread count isn't high enough and they never soften up. Our son does use the sheets, but won't use the pillowcase. So, it's just become a 'decorative' pillow. He doesn't like the way the pillowcase feels on his face. (He's a tummy sleeper). It would be nice if the manufacturers would make this version in a 'jersey knit', or even a SOFTER cotton!! ;o)

(More customer reviews)I bought this clock for my girls two years ago when they were 2 and 41/2! It provided decor and light for our bedtime routine! They loved it then and love it now. Despite being crazy about wanting a Hannah Montanna one now.....they wouldn't get rid of it. We put at the switch source for an extra light for us to peek in on them and not wake them. On at bedtime and later when we turn off... a quick flick of switch they can turn on at night. I wouldnt recc"d leaving light on all night, its brighter than a standard night light (so great for kids who are going through scared of the dark. Clock still works if you turn off light part. Ours doesnt make sounds though (not sure I would want that).Definintely got our money worth. Seen these for 40.00!

(More customer reviews)We purchased this for our 2 yr old Grandson, who had gotten to the point where you just couldnt keep him in his crib any longer. It WAS challenging getting it together, and I dont think I could have accomplished it myself. Even with my husband doing it, it took both of us to get the support piece underneath the bed into place. Several of the holes didn't line up so that took awhile too.
The little table, while really cute, collapsed the first time he sat at it with a few Legos, so we had to purchase a clamp to hold it together underneath. So now it cant be folded up, but it DOES stay upright now! We havent had any problems with the chairs,and they seem to be better constructed than the support on the table.
The toy box...cute too, but having the lid being made out of fabric was a mistake for a toy box that would be in a young childs room. The very first time we took him in the room he went right for the toy box to climb on top of it, and no way would that lid support weight like that. So we just leave the lid off now...which works, but I just think they should have taken that into consideration.
All told...for the price that we paid for the set...We're happy with our purchase and so is the Grandson! He loves his "big boy" bed and sitting at his own table to play or eat.

This chair is tripple the price I paid for a table and TWO chairs!!!! I guess I will go back to walmart to see if they have any tables left just so I can get the chairs and I'll donate the extra table to Goodwill or something. This price is rediculous!

(More customer reviews)I bought this sheet set, along with the Disney Cars Comforter Twin, for my four-year-old Cars fanatic and he was thrilled. My son falls asleep snugly wrapped up in Disney Cars characters each night.
Although the pictures and graphics on the fabric are vivid and colorful, neither the comforter nor the sheets are particularly soft. If your kids care about such things, I'd recommend you break out the fabric softener before you make the bed. Of course, for the price, I was not expecting Egyptian cotton.
As expected, the set included a fitted sheet, bed sheet, and pillowcase. One side of the pillowcase features Lightning McQueen, and the other side depicts Mater the tow truck. The graphics on the sheets are cool enough, but the really eye-popping art is saved for the pillow and Disney Cars Comforter Twin.
