One thing I didn't count on was a bit of a border around my poster as the frame is a bit oversized. However, i just flipped the package insert and inserted the poster over - looks great! Much nicer and less expensive, even with shipping than Hobby Lobby or Walmart

(More customer reviews)I bought two 20x30 frames so I could hang up some posters I have. These frames are the cheapest quality I have ever seen. Honestly, I wouldnt have paid $10 for them, much less $40 plus the crazy shipping...
The backing is cardboard and the front plastic is extremely thin, it would probably crack with temperature change. There are no mounting brackets, and I am afraid to install my own because it may break the flimsy frame.

The only issue with this product is that the bottom piece is not heavy enough to straighten out a poster with excessive curls, so make sure the poster is in good shape, and then hang it.

The plastic clear cover is a little flimsy but does protect the poster. Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase. However, the shipping was nearly 3x the cost of the portrait. This seemed unusually high to me.

so I saw the guy's review that said "I expected these to be cheap." So again, I knew what I was getting into when I bought these.
What I didn't expect was that the item would be so unbelievably cheap that it wouldn't even pass for its function.
1st: Your item will arrive broken. All three of mine did. (One severely, the other two just chipped away, so they were workable for the day that I needed them.) Even with the football field's worth of plastic packaging (the inflatable bag protective packaging) these items still were in terrible shape when they arrived. (And they're not even heavy, so I don't know how they got this banged up.)
2nd: This is not even a frame. It is the flimsiest piece of corrugated cardboard ever, plus a broken piece of acrylic, and four plastic "edges." They are basically elongated versions of those plastic spines they make for homework report covers. You just slip them over the edge of the acrylic and the cardboard, so that makes it easy to assemble, and easy for them to slip out of place and look all wonky.
3rd: Because of the flimsy and uneven nature, the poster doesn't even remotely lie flat under the acrylic. It looks like I soaked my poster because of all the wrinkles, when in fact it came straight from the printer and is on a heavy 32 pound bond paper.
Lame. Don't even bother with this product.

(More customer reviews)This frame looks nice on the wall, but for the quality you're getting when you buy it the price is absurd. I figured for the amount of money I paid for it I'd be getting something of decent construction. The frame is cool but pretty much as thin as you can get while still calling something "metal." This also doesn't come with glass, it comes with a plastic sort of cover material.
Don't get me wrong - the frame will do the trick. But I've seen comparable frames for $10-$30. I paid $60 for this, I expected to get several steps up from the normal $9.99 black plastic frame you see everywhere, even for 24x36. The only difference as far as I can tell is cosmetic.

I bought this frame because the picture made it seem like great quality, but instead I get a frame made of cheap plastic, metal and cardboard. The frame is thin and I've seen better frames for cheaper prices at retail stores, let alone here on Amazon. DO NOT BUY!
