I emailed poster revolution and even though it was the USPS fault, they shipped another out right away. They were very helpful and quick with their responses. The poster arrived in time for Christmas! The packaging was excellent and the poster is great! The excellent quality of the poster and even the packaging is one thing but the outstanding customer service and quick responses is something that I hold of great value.
