(More customer reviews)This is one of my favorite Cappiello prints--beautiful saturated red, the 24X36 is the perfect wall size--but unfortunately the seller shipped it so poorly and haphazardly in a flimsy cardboard box instead of a mailing tube, with the resultant crushing and bending, that I had to return it.

Pates is French for pasta, and Baroni is the brand of pasta. Leonetto Cappiello (1875 - 1942) was an Italian poster art designer who lived in Paris. Some of his famous posters include Parapluie-Revel, Pates Baroni, and Bitter Campari. He redesigned the turn of the century pictures into images more relevant to the faster pace of the 20th century.
