Although that is true, the flying abilities of the airplanes are greatly exaggerated, making the scenes look more like a video game, than real life. The historical inaccuracies of the balance of the movie, are simply laughable. This mindless, shallow treatment of the subject matter becomes nothing more than a random collection of flying scenes, poor acting, and silly background material. After anticipating the release of this DVD for nearly a year, I am sorry I wasted my money on it. It is amazing to me how a subject with such potential, can be absolutely destroyed by unknowledgeable, uncaring filmmakers.
