(More customer reviews)I ordered a poster on August 3rd. When it hasn't arrived 2 weeks later, I e-mailed the customer service. They asked me to wait another week, so I did. Never got it, wrote them an e-mail asking for a refund or asking them to send me another poster. They sent me another poster, which I got just a couple days ago.
