We ordered a chair from the company and when we recieved it it was alot smaller than we originally thought. I tried to contact the company three times to get a return label or address or something left message---no return call. When I finally got ahold of them today I was told it could be returned at my expense and then there was also a restocking fee of 20 percent that would come out of the refund. Chair was decent quality but if you can purchase this product elsewhere DO SO!!! The customer service at this company is far from what I am used to with larger more REPUTABLE companies!
