(More customer reviews)It's a quality machete don't get me wrong, however, the blade does not come sharpened. Not to worry though about about a half hour of my electronic blade sharpener fixed that. I was very disappointed in the "heavy duty sheath" as well, which tears very quickly. Parts of the blade were also slightly rusted as well, mainly in the holes of the blade. The final issue I have is that it's a knock off of the actual blade from the Book of Eli, which I knew going into it, but they shouldn't be advertising it the way the are...Overall I think it's a good buy for you're getting though.
