(More customer reviews)First off, the thought of this product being $19.99 is ridiculous! It's a damn good thing it was on sale for $0.99, or else I would definitely be returning this product. Basically its a piece of photo-quality paper with a print out of this image. The printout appears to be from a really crappy $10 printer with horrible image quality. The whole image is ridiculously pixelated.
Like I said, its a damn good thing this product went on-sale for $0.99 or else this would definitely be returned, but for the cost its not even worth returning.
A product I was hopefully going to be proudly displaying in my living room right above my TV, is now being displayed in the spare bedroom so I don't have to look at it everyday.

This exceptional quality print is made directly from the hand drawn artwork done in pastel by the well-known artist Haiyan. This print measures approx. 11" X 17". The color tone, contrast, and brightness are based on the your monitor settings. They vary from one computer to another, but the actual portraits are MUCH better in person. This piece is printed directly by the artist, and the paper it comes on is somewhat thin. However, the print looks amazing, especially when framed.
