what it doesn't say is that it's a snap-feature glow stick in a circle.
It also doesn't say that the actual arc part is a sticker.
I figured it was like the plastic chest toy you get from retail stores.
However, the idea is good, and its a cool little toy for a one-night only halloween.
It'll come in handy for a halloween costume, (and what i wanted was for it to sit on the shelf for later on use)
However, for only 10$ you can't beat it.
