(More customer reviews)At the onset my complaint rests with the POST OFFICE, and their apparent disregard for other peoples property. Poster Revolution must not understand that this is a fact of life. PR sends me three posters in what I would consider a pretty flimsy tube, the tube was bend-in in more than one place, the posters were crinkled. I called PR, the customer service was great. No problems, great person on the other side of the line, but I explained how the POST OFFICE didn't care for my shipment 'you need to send in a stronger tube'. He said PR only has one size tube, the posters are guaranteed, no problem. PR sent me the remainder of my order (1 poster) in the same size tube, that one was damaged too. I called PR, again great customer service, I explained 'weak tube, 2 shipments, 2 damaged shipments'. I received my replacement order today, no tube, just posters in a plastic sleeve. Long story short, I have received 8 damaged posters, I ordered 4 posters originally. What's the point of asking for a replacement again, I hate waste, I can't stand to watch PR waste their money sending me something while playing a game of chance that someday one of the shipments is going to make it here undamaged. I hate to wasting my time waiting for something to arrive, knowing it doesn't stand a chance getting here undamaged.
